Refund Policy

At PDFKong, we want to ensure you have a great experience using our API for your HTML to PDF conversion needs.

1. General Refund Requests

Because our service provides API credits that are consumed upon usage, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are experiencing technical difficulties or are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

We have integrated a seamless refund request process directly into your dashboard:

Log in to your PDFKong account.
Navigate to the Transactions page in your dashboard.
Locate the successful payment you wish to be refunded.
Click the Request Refund button and provide a brief reason for your request.

3. Processing of Refunds

All our payments and refunds are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Once we approve your refund request, the refund will be issued via Dodo Payments. It may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notice on Refund Amounts: Please be aware that payment processing fees collected by our payment gateway (Dodo Payments) may be non-refundable. Additionally, if your local currency is different from the billing currency (USD), exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount returned to your bank account. Therefore, the refunded amount you receive may be slightly less than the original amount you paid.

4. Eligible Timeframe & Conditions

We strictly accept refund requests made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Additionally, you must have the full amount of paid API credits granted by the purchase remaining in your account balance.

If you have already consumed a portion of the paid credits granted by the order you wish to refund, the system will automatically reject your refund request for that specific order.
