1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Use of Service
PDFKong provides an API for converting HTML and URLs to PDF format. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
3. API Usage and Rate Limits
Your use of the API is subject to rate limits and credit limits based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you exceed these limits or abuse the API.
4. Purchases and Payments
All payments, billing, and subscriptions are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. By making a purchase, you agree to Dodo Payments' applicable terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Test Mode Active: Please note that this platform is currently operating in a sandbox/test environment. No real monetary transactions will be processed, and no real payment cards will be charged. Furthermore, all user data, accounts, and generated files may be wiped or deleted at any time without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PDFKong and its licensors. You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the API for conversion.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PDFKong, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
